Prepare a filet of salmon by washing and removing the skin.
Coat liberally on both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder.
Sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon, ground cloves and chili powder.
Coat in olive oil and bake on a parchment paper covered baking pan at 500 def for 10min or until salmon flakes to the bottom.
Serve immediately over cooked grains or with orzo.
