 6 eggs, separated
 1 lb cream cheese
 1 pt sour cream	
 1 c sugar
 2 T flour		
 1 t vanilla
 3 T lemon juice

Beat yolks, add mashed cream cheese.

Add sour cream, sugar and flour, vanilla and lemon juice.

Beat whites until stiff and fold into batter.

Grease bottom of 10" spring form pan lightly.

Bake at 300 for one hour; then turn off heat but do not open door for one hour more.

Refrigerate when cool.
