Scones
2 c self rising flour 2 t baking powder 1/4 c sugar 1 stick margarine 3/4 c dried cranberries 1/4 - 1/2 c milk
Mix flour and baking powder; cut in margarine. Bake 12-15 minutes at 425.
Options: use 3/4 stick margarine, 1 beaten egg and 1/2 c cream (in which case
bake at 450 for 15 minutes).
