Bacon Parmesan Cream Sauce

Warm 1/4 cup milk to approximately 150 deg F.
Fry 1/4 lb of bacon and set aside the slides.
Add 1/4 cup of chicken broth to the bacon fat and strain into milk.
Mix in 1/3 cup Parmesan thoroughly (use an immersion blender to create an emulsion).
Add 1/4 tsp salt and pepper to taste.
Thicken with cornstarch.
