Blueberry Cobbler

Serves 8
4 c blueberries 2 T lemon juice 3 T butter 3/4 c sugar 1/2 c milk 1 c flour 1 t baking powder 1/4 t salt cinnamon
Topping:
2/3 c sugar 1 T corn starch 1/2 t cinnamon 1/4 t salt
Put blueberries and lemon juice in bottom of a 9x14 in. pan.
Beat together butter, sugar, milk, baking powder and salt.
Spread mixture over fruit.
Mix topping and sprinkle on cake mixture.
Pour 1 c boiling water over top.
Bake 40-45 minutes at 375.
