Blueberry Pie

Crust:

 3 c vanilla wafer cookies	
 6 T butter, melted
 Mix, press into 9" pan, bake 8 minutes at 350.

Filling:

 6 c blueberries		
 2/3 c sugar
 2 T water.
 2 T cornstarch
 1/4 c cold water
 1 T margarine or butter
 1 T lemon juice

Bring 2 c blueberries, sugar and 2T water to a boil.

Dissolve 2 T cornstarch in 1/4 c cold water and add to boiling berries.

Return to full boil, stirring.

Reduce to low and cook two minutes.

Remove from heat.

Stir in 1 T margarine, 1 T lemon juice and 4 c berries.

Mix with hot mixture, spoon into crust, and let stand 3 hours.
