Chocolate Souffle

Melt 12 oz chocolate with 1/2 stick butter in a double boiler

Mix in

 1 tsp vanilla
 6 tbs sugar
 pinch salt
 1 yolk at a time 5 egg yolks
 1 cup flour

Fold in whipped sugar and 5 egg whites

Pour into buttered and floured souffle dish

Bake in 350 deg oven until it rises
