Crust:
1/2 c butter or shortening 3/4 c walnuts or pecans 1 1/4 c flour
Mix together and press into 9x12 pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350.
Filling:
11 oz cream cheese 1 t vanilla 1 c powdered sugar 1 c cool whip
Mix together and place on top of cool pie crust.
Mis two small boxes of instant chocolate pudding.
Add 3 c of milk and beat together, then spread on top of cheese mixture.
Spread remaining cool whip on top.
Refrigerate.
